Consistency Management and Cooperative Discipline

The Consistency Management & Cooperative Discipline (CMCD) program is designed to help pre-kindergarten - 12th grade students prepare for success, achieve self-discipline , and development responsibility. This is accomplished through an emphasis on prevention rather than intervention, shared responsibility between teacher and student, value based discipline, increased communication with parents, and effective instruction.

Consistency Management & Cooperative Discipline has two distinct components. Consistency Management, which focuses on classroom and instructional organization planning by the teacher that, creates a sense of purpose, order, and learning. The second component is Cooperative Discipline which expands the leadership roles in the classroom from the teacher to the students become partners and stakeholders by creating a classroom constitution and establishing job responsibilitie.
