Project Grad
Project GRAD is a non-profit school-community collaborative that enhances
the instructional quality and culture of at-risk feeder systems in the
nation's inner cities. Project GRAD combines resources and expertise from
school districts, universities, foundations, corporations, community, and
federal and state government agencies to work in partnership with school
feeder patterns (all the elementary and middle schools that feed students
into a high school). Our mission is to increase the high school graduation
and college attendance rates of inner-city students across the nation. Our
long-term goals are to see 80% of students at any Project GRAD high school
graduate from high school and 50% of those graduates go on to enter and
graduate from college. Read more about Project
GRAD from the founder and chairman.
